  1. How long does it usually take to hear back from a job shadow?

    I finished my job shadow, and I feel it went well. Nurse manager told me they will have an official result in May. Does it mean they like me and will hire me? I really love this job. I'm so anxious now. Any advice here? Thanks a lot.
