I personally haven't seen this ? but it's weird how they would mention we can attach it if they don't want it. Please let us know if you do find it though.

For the cover letter, is there an address that we put? The job listing says the primary location is Fremont, but I don't know if I should leave it blank or not since there are multiple hospitals.

I probably will. I don’t know which book to use for the medical terminology exam. I wish they would tell us a bit more specific what would be on the exam because there’s a ton of terms. I dont want to study the wrong stuff.
