I had to begin at square one when I attempted to gain my license back, I'm kind of glad I didn't realize how long it was going to take after I took that first step. I really believed easy peasy I'm ready to work as a nurse again lol

Absolutely it's worth it. All isn't lost here. Just be honest, complete the program and move on. The programs of monitoring are only as difficult as we make them. that's just my experience.

I have never had to pay any attention to risk of dilute urine depending what time of day I had to provide a specimen and/or hydrating in a normal manner. Provided you're not chugging water you should be fine.
