Does anyone know how the tracking works for home care home base? Do they know where you are all the time ? Do they know where you clock in and out at ?

Hi does anyone have a app they yse in on the field that tracks your patients, vitals and can see vital trending ... a place where you can jog your notes down for highlights etc
