Does the email have a Recuirter number you can call? I had the same thing and I finally just called to set it up.

I didn't receive the rejection email but when I logged in it showed that same one was rejected by all my other ones are still under review.

Same here. Which location were your top two. Mine was BUMC and Waxahachie but I know some people already had in person interviews.
