did you guys receive a text message to confirm an advising appointment? I got a text message during orientation for July 24th at 4pm. I'm guessing she will give us our schedule during the advisement appointment.

Hmm.. wow I'm sorry they are giving you a hard time too! I hope you get it figured out. It makes the most sense to go to their office like you did. I don't live in the area and they are not responsive at all.

They said it was because I was accepted for the spring, but didn't take any spring courses there. It is also so hard to get in touch with admissions...I hope that is just a summer thing.

Don't let that feeling get the best of you. There are people from all different backgrounds that do second degree nursing. Some from finance, some from psychology, some from other fields. Id say a lot of us probably don't have this kind of healthcare...

Im registering for the summer course tomorrow in the nursing department. A few people have said it really helps lighten the load in the winter if you take HIN 269 in the summer.
