Hi SpidersWeb. How far are you in the process now? I am interested in knowing the time lines between approval and NVC notification and then between the notification to fee bill payment and so on. Thanks for information.
They get back to you as soon as it's approved or as soon as they have any feedback from the USCIS. If it's filed under premium, they will get back to you anytime between 15 days and 1 month.
Congratulations Chayong!! So happy for you! It looks like we now have a spell of approvals. I have seen quite a number of approval confirmations on another forum. Happy for this good turn of events.
Thank you! My case was filed for the 1st time on March 19th. I received an RFE on April 4th. They responded to the RFE and confirmed my approval yesterday. Total time from first filing to approval is about 8 weeks.
I am with Spider's Web here. Avant is investing quite significantly in it's nurses; I doubt a shrewd profit making company such as Avant would dare invest all that money without knowing for sure that there will be returns. I saw on their Facebook tha...
Aja92, your priority date is the day they filed your petition. Did they send you an email letting you know that your petition has been filed? If so, that is your priority date. Was your petition approved after an RFE?
So you received RFE back in Feb and they have not told you if they submitted the requested evidence or not? Wow! That is not good at all. Especially because they have up to 30 day to submit. If the USCIS does not receive the evidence within those 30 ...
Hi Seventhdust. Still waiting for them to submit the evidence for the RFE. But how did yours go? You should have the outcome by now since yours was refiled earlier in the month.
I got an RFE in early April. They will be refiling by May 4th, which is 30 days after receipt of the RFE. I should hear the outcome of the refiling latest 18th May. I am very hopeful that it will be approved this time. It is the first time they are f...
So happy for your Spider's Web. Your journey is motivating to me. I like that they target for you to relocate in just 4 months after approval. That's awesome and I hope the time lines work for you. Keep us updated.
Hi Keon, I would just send them an email through their customer service email address, give them a call or contact them via their Facebook page. They seem to respond to their Facebook comments quite fast. All the best.
I feel like the recent RFE were all processed around Easter holidays. Just thinking may be the USCIS guys had time pressure cause of the holidays and they chose to issue RFE's to finish the process? :) Staying positive.
Hi SpidersWeb, Do you know what become of this RFE? Was it refiled? What was the outcome? My friend got an RFE last week and wants to know how previous RFEs have worked out. Thanks.
So sorry to hear this. Did they tell you why it was denied? I would make that decision based on what they propose next. Have they given you a way forward?
