   Ugh, that puts you in a tough spot then. I would talk to your provider and see what they think. I am lucky my facility still has a “clean” floor. If they didn’t, I don’t know if I would keep working.

   This is how I feel. I came from a facility where no one dictated how my pto was used as long as there was coverage available.

   Hi Davey Do, Thanks for your input! We have a few working moms that offered to work weekends only (thurs-sun) and our hospital declined. I think this would have helped staff weekends tremendously. Are you on a baylor plan?
