  1. I had similar stats and got in. you have a chance just have to work hard. retake science classes and do extra stuff at work
  2. any accepted students receive follow up email or info?
  3. They said we'd hear back "one way or another" by 11/13.
  4. Weird. Mine doesn't show that. Just admission decision and that I paid. Is there anything else besides transcripts that it asks for?
  5. Where do you see the conditions of enrollment? My official letter doesn't state that.
  6. Got an acceptance! Check email and portal for updates!
  7. Just got an email that said "Thank you for your application to Jefferson's DNP Nurse Anesthesia program for Fall 2024. Your application is complete and under review at this time. Selected candidates are being invited to interviews, which we are continuing on a rolling basis. We will continue to share updates on your application as we have them via email.” I wonder if this means that I will not be selected for interview?
  8. Yeah I've been SICU for over 2 years and ED before. all devices + CCRN, publications etc. sounds like my first degree GPA and science GPA are my barriers. even though I retook science classes over
  9. Unfortunately I was one of the individuals who received a rejection. To those who are interviewing, would you be able to share your stats?
  10. To those that interviewed, what were your stats? I applied this cycle but didn’t hear back :(
  11. Hey guys! Having a bit of a dilemma. I've been accepted into the program and am currently taking nutrition, lifespan and patho. by a terrible turn of events i missed my patho final and received an F. do you think it will cause my admissions to be retracted even though it technically isn't needed for the school since we take it the first semester. thank you in advance!!

  13. i was accepted into the program and i'm taking two prerequisites now (nutrition and lifespan) do i only need to get a C in these classes?
  14. hi!! i appreciate you reaching out to newly incoming students. i guess one of my biggest questions is whether the program is truly as intense as i've been reading. i'm hoping that i'll still be able to find time to go to the gym pretty regularly or will i be studying 24/7? also how are the professors in terms of teaching/being helpful in aiding you with your education? i come from a very large undergrade school where the professors never knew any of the students nor did they care if they students did well. thanks in advance !
  15. i checked on my own but i noticed afterwards that an email was sent to me notifying me that the decision was ready but it went to my spam folder
  16. we don't use a quarterly system, just a fall and spring semester. i'm registering for an online class just in case and then i'll give them a call to see if that will be able to take the place of the two credit class.
  17. what if i've already been accepted, they should have seen on my transcript that the course was only 2 credits. do you think they would recusing my acceptance?
  18. i applied to nyu, and i'm taking a 2 credit nutrition course now. do you think it'll make a difference since it's not 3 credits?
  19. i know this is an old post but does anyone know if it makes a difference as to whether or not nutrition is 2 credits instead of 3?
  20. i sent them a copy of my unofficial transcript as well so they would have seen that it's only 2 credits. do you think this is something that would cause me to lose my acceptance?
  21. mine was only 2 but they accepted me, do you think it will be a problem? i'm so worried that they'll take back my acceptance í ½í¸©
  22. hey i'm curious as to whether your nutrition class was 2 credits or 3?
  23. So my undergraduate GPA was very low, around a 2.85. I received a bachelors in russian literature and the grades i received in the pre reqs are: A&P I: first time i took it i got a C+ and retook it for a B+. APII: C then retook for a B Micro: B+ (lecture) B lab Statistics: A+ Chem 1: B- I'm currently taking Nutrition and Lifespan and expecting to get an A in both. My grades aren't the best but I have a lot of experience in the field as an EMT and currently a medical/surgical assistant. I also got two letters of rec, one from a doctor i work for and another from my AP professor. I also sent in my application sometime in august for priority. So don't get down on yourself! If i can do it so can you.
