What is taken them so long!? The anticipation is real!

Just wanted to start this thread to see if anyone else has applied to the 12 month accelerated nursing program at stony brook!

I received my solar info when i submitted my application for the accelerated one year program, it was an email from solar gate a few months back.

I was able to log in to solar and also got received my acceptance! I can't wait to meet everyone and get this process started. I don't have Facebook though :/ but I'll try to find the page. :) @megtodd don't give up! Keep trying, you will be a nurs...

There wasn't any email sent. Not everyone has their solar account. We'll have to wait until Monday to see what's going on!

There's no way of really knowing exactly Day and time although it would be nice! I say keep checking because we are at 7th week and they told 6-8 weeks so hopefully we will hear back soon! Aahhh omg anxiety level x100

I went to interview today, they really try make you feel as relaxed as possible. They ask a question and every one takes turns answering the questions. So just be yourself. The writing sample is fairly easy, they want to see where you stand. The math...

I'm sure your chances are higher than that!!! You're further along than some of us! Good luck! Did you by any chance get any feelers if they would be sending out more requests for interviews??

I called on Friday and they said they are still reviewing applications. We just have to patient at this point... I guess.

I submitted my application August 8 and I still have not received an email. Maybe they review the applications that were submitted closer to the deadline? I thought I had a very competitive application, I am losing hope and neither should anyone els...
