Yeah I agree that the biggest red flag is he wants to get his degree first... and doesn't have any concrete plans for that. If he were in the middle of a degree and she wanted him to stop so she could get hers, it would be different but... he's not....

Agreed, it was really simple and my interviewer was very welcoming and kind, she even gave me chocolate before bringing me back to her office to talk. She phrased it as "getting to know each other." Good luck to everyone!
