The program is great, you learn a lot. It is very rigorous though so be prepared to spend most of your free time studying. I have made many friends and enjoyed this experience.

Just learned today in class that 1/3 of nurses burnout by the end of their second year. Now, I am genuinely terrified. so I'm asking, if you could do it all over again, knowing what you know now, what would you do differently?

I heard it's a way to meet all the managers for each unit so they know who you are and you know more about them before match day
