I finish my BSN in 5 months and I want to fully maximize my expereince. What would be the OPTIMAL area to work in? Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the advice. I'm applying for a Surgical/Trauma ICU internship at Duke Hosp. Internship is a year followed by an year of obligated employemnt. Any ideas or thoughts on internship programs?
