so far, I heard my workplace is giving $10k sign on bonuses (Canadian) to the RNs, but no other bonuses to the other disciplines 😕 we've also had to fill the gaps with agencies, but let's face it.... they come and go and won't be there forever 😕

Yes, this resident can remove the seatbelt herself. Also apparently she's had an order for a restraint quite some time ago I was told.

I feel like they have? I haven't had to give PRN's to this lady lately

Yes, RN was notified. Resident was agitated this morning during AM care but not hs care this evening. More alert this evening than she was yesterday evening.

Yes, as of this year ? amd things have gotten better for me! A few CNA's and an RN have told me that I was a good nurse!
