  1. I previously took nutrition at another college so I don't want to re-take the class. Has anyone taken the proficient test to avoid taking this class at Chamberlain?
  2. Hi Danniie786 Honestly, I studied maybe 2 or 3 days. I used the Elesvior book only and got an 87 overall. I didn't want to over do it. I think you'll be fine. Don't study too hard. The only advantage I would say I had was the fact that I had just finished A&P and I was a Chemistry major so I remembered alot. I hated biology in college and I can tell you I remembered nothing. The book helped me passed that section. Think I got an 82 or something around there. You'll be fine. Don't stress too much. My first session at Chamberlain NJ campus will be finished in two weeks. Great so far!
  3. Hey jbrown. Please forgive me for being a bother. I'm just curious as to the registration process. After I got my course evaluation, I didn't hear back from a student advisor since then. If you already registered, can you walk me through that process?
  4. Okay. Thank you for that info. I guess I'm waiting for my advisor to give me a call
  5. Hey jbrown796. Did you get any word on when registration is?
  6. Three: NR 103, Chem 120 & English :)
  7. I believe I would be taking the same classes as well. So we may be classmates. I guess I'm just waiting for registration
  8. Oh I thought you would register today. So when do you register?
  9. I'm going to the campus next Friday. I'll definately keep you posted.
  10. Oh nice! Hopefully we're in some classes togethor. So you're all set for January! Congrats!
  11. Hi jbrown796! I got my acceptance call today! I'm schedule to meet with an advisor next week. That's a good question tre19. Hopefully jbrown796 can shed some light after her visit today!
  12. Hi jbrown796. How was your meeting with your advisor? I should be receiving a decision next week.
  13. Perfect! I hope everything goes well.
  14. Nice! Thanks for the encouragement & congrats on your acceptance. I'll definately keep you updated once I get a decision. Did you register for classes yet? I'm curious about the schedule (hoping I can still work- I work in the evening). I'm also worried about the tuition. I hope that some financial aid & federal loans do the trick.
  15. Hi jbrown796. I applied for Chamberlain (Spring 2018- NJ Campus) last week and just took my HESI exam yesterday. I got an 87. Do you think I have a chance of getting accepted? I also have a 3.06 cGPA. My advisor said they will have a decision for me in two weeks. I'm just still a little nervous.
  16. Hi FutureRNTrisha, If you don't mind me asking, what campus did you apply to? Also, what was your cGPA? I'm also taking the HESI next week. Any advice?
  17. Hi jbrown796. I am planning to apply for the spring semester as well. If you don't mind me asking, what is the application process? Do you just apply online and they schedule you for an exam?
  18. Thank you very much @MellyLelly. If you don't mind me asking, did you eventually attend Molloy or another school? If not, which one? Di you get enough student loans to cover your tuition? this is one of my major concern.
  19. Hi @MellyLelly. If you don't mind me asking, what was your GPA when you applied? I have a 3.2 GPA and planning to apply for Spring 2018. Do you think I have a chance of being accepted?
  20. Hi FutureNurse138. I am planning to apply to start in Spring 2018. If you don't mid me asking, did you get accepted into the program? I have a 3.2 GPA and I'm a little curious if that's good enough to get into the program.
