Poea fees? I have no idea about that. I have not gone that far vangeoff. COS- Certificate of Sponsorship from the hospital that you applied.

You'll be instructed by your agency on how to apply for the visa. Your COS will be the requirement.

I believe it depends where your area is and im from mindanao that's why it took 5days via UPS, when i inquired at DHL they informed me that it'll take them 1 week for the docs to reach in UK

When you send your documents again, try sending it via UPS. It will only take 5days to get in London. :)
