capital is a day school. all lectures are from 9am to 12pm. labs are 8am to 3:30pm on tue and wed for the first 8 weeks of nur 101. you either get day or evening for clinicals after the 8th week of class. Good luck.

you can tell the course the course leader your preference but you should have a tangible reason. i asked for an evening clinical because i take the bus and it was accepted

the funndamentals book come with the prepU and coursepoint pack. The required books list shows two fundamental books but just buy the one with coursepoint, it has the book, the prepU and the online courepoint as well. I bought my at the ccc booksto...

yes. there are books for each semester but not as many as the ones for first semesters. two to three books for second semester. we will use the dosage book, the pocket guides and med surg book for the four semesters

i will advised you start with the dosage calculations. we were given the pages to read at orientation, about 300 pages. we have the test sept 5. i am very anxious too.

hi Laur318, i am at capital cc and we also use the same books. i got my syllabus on monday. i feel more nervous after going through the syllabus. ten chapters for the first week, dosage calculation test the following week, first exams and skill valid...

for those going to CCC. are we suppose to wear uniforms to lecture?

i have a friend in the program now and she told me what to do to be successful and pass. i have started solving med calc questions from the required book which is easy, read ahead, revise a&p stuffs like the body systems. get an NCLEX review book...

clinical is just two days for each student. you choose two days from the five clinical days. either TW WR SU.

i have friends at ccc who are still taking AP2 but have registered for nur 101. you can register; they will drop the class at the end of the semester if you fail the AP2 class.

yes. i contacted CCC today and he said we will be hearing from april 6 to april 8.

CCC is my first choice and Gateway, second choice. GPA 3.82 TEAS 82.7 AP1 A-
