I'm so happy my stupidity can help someone else. I live in NJ & graduated in Dec/2009. It took me 4 months of everyone asking me when I was taking the test to finally ask my classmates if/when they took theirs. My mistake was that I didn't apply thru Pearson Vue also. You have to apply w/ Pearson & pay. The BON will never get back to you. Once I did that I got my ATT within 1 wk. I'm taking it next wk! Wish me luck!

Do not register with pearsonvue just yet as you are an International nurse and it can take a bit longer to receive eligibility and pearsonvue have a 12 month expiry on your account so any delays may have an impact on your account.
CA for foreign nurses takes approx 4 months although can vary. Also be aware that unless you have a SSN you may have an issue with your application due to CA becoming strict and stating no SSN means you can't submit application. see this thread CA BRN new changes affecting International Nurses with NO SSN - Nursing for Nurses
ya I have my SSN. I sent my application with ssn only...
