last june 12 board examination i made a terrible and honest mistake on part IV exam by indicating my seat no. on the upper right hand corner just beside the black arrow on the answer sheat..it was a honest mistake because i adopted our preboard practice on THAT review center by making us put our seat no. on that location..even our watcher never gave us instruction about that..please help me advice on what can i do about it..
i really had sleepless nights since june 12 and praying for miracles to happen..
as i have read on the sample answer sheet being provided it states that only in the subject box and letter of choices box names, seat no. or other identifiable marks are being prohibited..please make a remark on this
please help and pray for me..god bless us all!!

Prohibited Acts:
5. PUTTING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING MARKINGS ON YOUR ANSWER SHEETS: name, seat number, unnecessary words or phrases, strokes, dots or any other marks not called for in the test questions. (Placing of name on the space provided for the subject shall be penalized by cancellation of the examination paper and suspension from taking the examination for one (1) year, and for multiple markings, the penalty shall be cancellation for the examination papers and suspension from taking the licensure examination for two (2) years [PRC Resolution No. 154 dated November 18, 2003]).
i also took that pre-board you are talking about and yes, the watcher did tell us to put our seat number on the space he/she indicated because our papers were checked manually. maybe the mistake of the proctor was that she did not clarify that we should not do it in the actual board exams. but anyway, i guess most of those who took that pre-board already knows that it's just in that exam that they'll write the seat number.
in the actual board exam, the proctors did not say anything about putting your seat number or any other info except the subject anywhere in the answer sheet. and im wondering why only test IV? if you didnt do it in the three previous tests, why do it in test IV?
anyway, i hope something good will come out of it. it really wont feel so good to fail or have one's exam papers cancelled. good luck!

I remember before when we took our boards, the speaker from PRC told us that there were several takers who were disqualified because of identifying marks....it was not even marks of pens/pencils....they used their fingernails.
yep, even fingernail marks can disqualify. it was also emphasized during the exam.
some of those who took the exam with me got their answer sheets wet because they brought drinking water with them. poor thing. i almost got my paper wet too because i slept before i passed my paper and umm i think i drooled hahahaha

wow im really sorry to hear that
keep us posted...and prayers out to u.
oh i just remembered. my friend forgot to shade the box that indicates what set of test he took. is this also a problem? it's only one answer sheet that he forgot to shade.
im thinking maybe it's not as serious because it's indicated in the other answer sheets what set of test he took. and all his answer sheets have the same serial number so they can trace it as his and know the set of test for that particular exam. but it;s still a thing to worry about because it might lead to cancellation too or something like that
I think it's a grave sin of a test taker. Never ever forget to shade the set (A or B). This was also emphasized by the speaker. The computer will not check it and that answer sheet will be considered as zero.
my friend might retake the test then... poor thing...

i also had a mistake last year board exam i was confuse with transfering my answer to the answer **** so i make around 10 double marks, and i was so afraid that i might be disqualified hehehe good thing i passed. for the unshade box that indicates your set, the checker will do the manual on it. its in the PRC law
really? then it's good. i hope that is true.
