last June 12 board examination I made a terrible and honest mistake on part IV exam by indicating my seat no. on the upper right hand corner just beside the black arrow on the answer sheat..it was a honest mistake because I adopted our preboard practice on THAT review center by making us put our seat no. on that location..even our watcher never gave us instruction about that..please help me advice on what can I do about it..
I really had sleepless nights since June 12 and praying for miracles to happen..
as I have read on the sample answer sheet being provided it states that only in the subject box and letter of choices box names, seat no. or other identifiable marks are being prohibited..please make a remark on this

i also had a mistake last year board exam i was confuse with transfering my answer to the answer **** so i make around 10 double marks, and i was so afraid that i might be disqualified hehehe good thing i passed. for the unshade box that indicates your set, the checker will do the manual on it. its in the PRC law
What happened to computer testing? I took a computer exam for my boards. You guys have to sit for paper tests now? How long does it take now? Mine took an hour.
the marks i made, i shaded the number 59 to 69 and found out that i was wrong because i was sleepy so i made a erasure and have it corrected but when you look on the back of the paper you can see 2 marks in each number. and that is consider to be a alterations.
i made the same mistakes too. i was so damn sleepy taking tests 3 and 4. i shaded the wrong answers too, but fortunately i think there are only 5 items i shaded contrary to my real answers. i didnt erase, though.
its philippine board examination and actuaally its not a computer based examination it's a paper and questionnare thing in which there are strict rules you have to follow in filling up the forms and answer sheets...unluckily, i got out of my mind..it took us 2 days to finish the 5 set of examinations..please pray for me..the results will soon come out in a matter of day or 2..thanks again..God Bless!
