Hi Susie RN,

I went to their office about a week ago with a friend. Their office was really far as I was coming from Manila. They are located at Novaliches, Quezon City.

Fastest and Hassle free way to go is to ride a FX going to SM Fairview. You go down at the very end and it is a walking distance from there.

But before going ...

Their requirements are:

Resume

Diploma

TOR

PRC license

NBI clearance

Birth Cert

Cert of Employment ( at least 6 months experience)

1 x1 pic

2 x 2 pic (2 pcs)

PNA Membership Slip (Photocopy)

**** You need to sign 1 year contract with them

Membership fee is 2, 500

1, 000 will be collected upon orientation

2nd and 3rd payment will be deducted from your 1st month salary

2nd payment 750

3rd payment 750

!!!!!!! Pls note they only accept with 6 months HOSPITAL experience. :yawn: :eek:

@infomaniac88....thanks for the info..i was planning to go there...but since you said that they are only accepting those who have experience i might as well not waste my effort and money...hehehehe....:) were on the same boat...im a fresh grad also...

@infomania88: thanks for the info...1 year contract is that going to be for full time... i hope its part time? i'm interested but why you have to pay for the orientation?... do you think they accept hospital volunteer experience?.... try to also call them soon....

For Volunteering .. Try going to Ospital ng Maynila, Gat Andres Medical Center, and Tondo Medical Center ....

They are all for free but only for 2-3 months, if they like you they will hire you.

Gat Andres - Dec. 9 deadline of application , Then you will take an exam after the 2months training , then you will get hired if they like you.

Hi Informaniac888: I called up their office and was told that I have to take their exam first. Can you please tell me what questions to expect ? Aside from the membership fee of PHP2,100, I inquired if they (CarelinK) would still deduct a certain amount or percentage from the professional fee I will received from the patient. The lady who answered my call said that this can only be discussed during the interview phase which is, she said, after I have taken the test. Have you reached the interview phase ? and have you asked them whether they will still deduct certain amount/percentage out of your income ? I am from Laguna yet, so any information from you will be very much appreciated.

No I have not have any interviews with them. I just droped by their office and they gave all of those infos. I think their exams are basic nursing knowledge ... There were a couple of people taking the exam when I dropped by. They were just taking the exam at the waiting area.
