I took the nclex and failed I had a lot of priority questions and I tried to go with Maslow, ABCD, and acute over chronic and still had issues picking an answer. They all seemed to be so similar.
Also, which would matter more potassium of 3.4 or sodium of 125?
I agree with @MrsMcKenzieRn, La Charity helps me to understand priority, delegation and assignment. I am an IEN and we don't have much delegations, these things are new to me and that book just guides me everyday! Personally, I am learning a lot with PDA. I'm hoping and praying that I can pass the NCLEX this year, this will be my first time taking it.About the priority question, I encountered a question from lippincott, almost similar but it's magnesium vs. potassium. I picked the wrong answer, then when I read the rationale, the clear reason was the magnesium is way lower than the normal although potassium on that scenario is also low but not critical. So I think same rule applies on this one.
Hi I am also using Lippincott Q&A my average varies between 50's-70's. I am using it along with Uworld and plan on finishing each chapter. Do you feel that Lippincott is helpful to you?

Despite the experience your wife has, moving to another country and adapting can be difficult. Certain working environments can be very toxic, especially in healthcare. Support her by letting her know you are there for her. Perhaps encourage her to seek support with the hospitals EAP (Employee Assistance Program). Or since money isn't an issue, suggest she retire and seek out some more fulfilling ways to spend her time.
