I know how frustrating it can be, if I could use my first approval then it would be April 05 but due to the hospital backing out it set me back then with all the delays hubby didn't want to go so stopped the process Jan 06 and restarted Aug 06. Kept being told would be out in 8 months but that never happened

Hi Silverdragon. We have the same case. my first approval was Jan. 2005.Also the hospital didn't continue the petition and told us the facility will close. Then started again on Aug 2006 and I-140 approved last April 2007. Right now my agency asked me already to pay my visa fee.

your doing well if NVC has asked for your visa fee bill. Good luck
Mine is November 2005 but since I didn't sign the revised contract my documents were put on hold. I don't even know if I'm going to sign it or not.
isnt that blackmail on the part of the company?? i wonder what the usa immigration service would think of that one??? you sign a contract start the process and then because you wont sign a revised contract which ties you to $45000 they put your application on hold???
advice= stay away from such an agency they are bad news
