Prioritization,delagation and assignment

im thinking of buying this book called "prioritiation, delagation and assignment by linda...." when i read about it it says that it helps RN pass the nclex....but im taking nclex PN !!! do u think is not a good idea review the book...or does any know any book that will focuse you on..Prioritation, delagation assignment and infection control?????? please help i need a study material that will help me focuse on that subject because i dont have any...thanks

This book should only be used for the RN exam, not for anyone sitting for the PN exam. The practical nurse does not delegate in the US per BON rules. Assignments are normally made by the RN as well.

You are only going to find it more confusing in the preparation for your exam. Any book that you use to prepare needs to state that it is for the NCLEX-PN exam specifically.
