g3stalt 113 Posts Specializes in OR-DR-PACU. Dec 16, 2008 I'm an RN. I've read the book, it really is very good. But I don't think it would help you if you're taking NCLEX-PN. They give emphasis for RN. It might just confuse you, especially in the delegation part. But in prioritization of patients, it could help you somehow. All in all, I don't recommend it for NCLEX-PN, better find a book that emphasizes on NCLEX-PN...

I don't think that the book would of helped me if I used it for the PN because was nothing on the PN boards that is in this book. Only if the RN was as easy as PN.. Good Luck to you!!!
ValerieCQ 35 Posts Jan 2, 2009 I have taken both the NCLEX-PN and NCLEX-RN. I think that the book is better suited for the RN exam. It's a great book, but it is geared more for RN. I used the NCSBN website for review on the PN and I passed the first time. You can try that.
