Pres Ganey Armbands?

My charge nurse told me of a hospital in Texas that had to wear armbands for low press ganey scores. The RN had to tell the pt why they were wearing the armbands when asked. Have you heard of a hospital down here that does such a thing?

I'll ask my charge RN on Friday for more specifics. Hopefully it's an urban myth, as armbands would be rather humiliating.
