I like it. The only thing I don't like about it is the questions for Prepu Brunner and Suddarth's Med-Surg book are the same as the Prepu NCLEX 10,000. The only thing I do like about the separate textbook Prepu's is that they are categorized and I don't have to waste so much time because it is easy to make a quiz just on diabetes or whatever. They have a huge test bank of maybe about 10,000 questions and they sell them as individual products. The NCLEX 10,000 has quite a few categories though. I may be wrong too, but I have definitely seen repeat questions. Those are the only products I own so far. I wouldn't have passed without it.
I love it. We are are required to do 500 questions a week in my program and it helps with understanding. I also like how you can pick individual topics to study. For example, if I am having an exam on oxygenation, I can select just that concept and take a bunch of questions, helps you zero in on your weak topics.
We use it and I don't care much for it it. It is extremely glitchy (keeping me at mastery level 1 for 40 questions despite making 100% on all of them, and then shooting me straight up to level 8 after making an 80 on a 5 question quiz?), and the questions we are asked aren't really relevant to materials we are being tested on. I do like that it sometimes gives critical thinking questions asking you to act as the nurse in specific scenarios, but, other than that...it just feels like a chore.

It supposedly gives you harder and harder questions as you take more quizzes. That is supposed to be why you gain levels. I'm at a 2.9 after answering 2000 questions. Not sure what that means?
I found it especially helpful on diabetes questions, oxygenation and temperature questions.
My school used PrepU as supplemental material for nearly all the nursing classes. I loved it, I found it extremely helpful in testing my knowledge. I would take 10q mini tests when studying topics to see if I was really grasping the content. Its also great because it gives you more difficult questions as you learn.

I've seen a couple of posts on prepU... anyone used it and passed the NCLEX? It seemed like the posts here were by the same person, so I wanted to check that it wasn't an advertisement of sorts!
I'm using Saunder's comprehensive atm and think it may be beneficial but wanted some feedback...
