I actually found that it was easier to focus after I started working as a nurse intern, because I was able to ask for help and receive support from my fellow interns. Being in the work environment also motivated me to do well so that I didn't fail and lose my job.

Best of luck to you!

It sounds like you're on the right track! Just stay focused and keep at it!! Best of luck! The test was just like Kaplan, so I pretended I was sitting in my living room taking a practice test and passed with 75 questions. :)

Marieinla, try and understand the contents of your review because that is critical to your success. All the named resources are excellent especially the NCSBN depending on your "angular view". Develop a consistent study plan and do not be afraid of the NCLEX RN test. Most of us have made it, you can also make it.

Anytime you step out to go to work see yourself as becoming what you have always dream about, that will give you more confidence to face any challenges ahead of you.

Study, study, study and as you study think like a nurse. I wish you all the best and remember patient SAFETY first. Good LUCK!

Thanks to all of you....now im feeling much better...coz i was thinking that starting work will be a problem in preparing fro the NCLEX...it's always nice to get feedbacks from people who once shared the anxiety that im going through....thanks for the kind words....

You can do it! I worked 40 hours a week all through nursing school and while studying for the nclex pn. I have worked in the clinical setting for 11 years as a medical assisstant. I have worked radiology, family practice, cardiology and orthopedics. I found that I gained a wealth of knowledge while working that helped me through the nclex. I would go home every night and do at least 100 questions from the saunders CD. I did this for 4 weeks. I beleive that working especially in the medical field will only help you with your boards. Good luck to you, you can do it!!!!!!!

Hi, I REALLY NEED HELP!!! PLZZ.....I am taking my nclexPN on the 26th feb08 I didn't get chance I just feel like I don't know anything...I passed ATI with 90% you all might okay then you must know something but belive me I guessed alot too so i guess my guess went well....right I am confused how and where should I study from. I mean it is better if just study the questions with rationals from saunders or I should read the whole book?? I also bought 3 weeks from NCSBN so right now thats what I am doing...do u guys think that if I just study NCSBN 3 weeks and do their questions over n over again I will be okay??? I am very sorry for being very lost and asking you guys all these silly questions. I had a death in the family so I just didn't get chance to study. Now Nclex is here....PLEASE HELP ME...any suggestions are very welcomed!!! thanks to u all..
