  1. Congratulations !!!!!!!:wink2:
  2. I will definately remember you in my prayers. I belive in my heart that you have what it takes to pass the NCLEX. Try and change the internal dialogue within you in terms of what is past. Don't dwell on your past experiences about the test, it will only harm you. See yourself as passing. Say consistently to yourself I am going to pass this test, I have what it takes to pass. This will enable you to change your internal image about the test. Once that happens your confidence level will go up and you can write the test with smiles on your face. I wish you good luck. May God crown your effort with a lot of success.
  3. Congratulations enjoy your daY !!!!! :wink2:
  4. Nadu, my heart bleed with you for not passing the test. I know it will hurt because we are humans beings with feelings and emotions. However it is never too late for you to become what you would have been. One thing you have to note is that, you are only a failure if you do not try again. Do not focus on your inability to "retain information" it will harm your thought process which will intend lead to failure because your input determines your output. See yourself as passing the test and doing what you've always dream of becoming. There is no limit to what you can do, you have the potential and the ability to pass this test next time. Never allow anything to stop you. Create a positive image about yourself and dream big for you were born a winner not a looser. May the most high grant you wisdom, knowlegde and favor to pass the test next time. I wish you good luck and may the good LORD cover you with his wings at this crucial moment in your life.
  5. Prayer is one of the most powerful weapon that can change your struggles in this life if and only if you will believe the person to whom your prayer is ascribed. Please, develop fresh attitude and vission for your life. Forget about your past failures because it may hurt and discourage you from moving forward. Remember that you will never go beyond barries in your mind. If you think you cannot do it then you never will. However if you consistently think about passing and study towards it you will surely pass. May the LORD bless you with wisdom and knowledge you needed to pass the test the next time. I wish you good Luck.
  6. Congratulations, for it is written "And those who know your name will put their trust in you for you LORD will never abandon those who put their trust in you". Remember this is the begining of your greatness, you have all the potential to achieve your dreams in this life. May GOD be with you :wink2: and CONGRATULATIONS ONCE AGAIN!!!!!
  7. That is true, just go back and review where you did not understand well and probably answer questions and read the corresponding rationales carefully. Try and relax your mind few days to the test, that will do you good and do not be afraid to go and write the test. I wish you good LUCK!
  8. I used NCSBN review and it is an excellent resource. Please bear in mind that every review class is good depending on how you look at it. Seven of my friends and I did the NCSBN. All of us passed, on the other hand some of my class mates went to three months Kaplan review and they also passed. The secret to passing any Standard test is to understand the contents of what you will be tested on, once you grasp it, you can answer any question. I believe most of the questions on NCLEX is based on critical thinking. Study what is available to you and make sure you understand the theorem behind the named topics:uhoh3: under review because that is the key to your success. Enjoy your studies and never forget that patient SAFETY is always your priority. I wish you good LUCK!
  9. JoeB1047, you are only a failure if you do not try again. The fact that you did not do well on the NCLEX does not mean you are a failure. Try and understand what you are reading and answer more questions, this will enable you to assess the level of your understanding to the topics under review. As you study "think about your own thinking" and figure out why you got a question wrong or right. Please read all the rationales to your questions, it is very important. Remember, nursing is about treating "human responses" to diseases, medications and so on. Always look at the options that pertains to "human responses" and what you will do first as a nurse by applying what you have learned from your review. I strongly believe you can make it, you can pass the test and become a nurse. Never allow anything to change your dreams, hopes and aspirations for the future. Keep your confidence level high and don't think about your past experiences, it will only bring fear and anxiety. What is past is past, you can't change it but you can change what is ahead of you. Think about passing not failing. I wish you good luck and may the LORD grant you wisdom and revelation to pass on this attempt.
  10. Colleennurse, do your possible best and erase that blockage of impossibility from your mind. If you dwell on it for a longtime it will lower your self confidence for the NCLEX RN test. What you have learned is still before your eyes and it is fresh in your memory. Never allow anything to distract you. Bear in mind that the contents of the "comprehensive review" book mentioned does not defined who you are, no one can define who you are except you. Begin to create a positive image of yourself, develop "I can do" attitude and see only success. Never think about impossibility, for it does not exist. Relax, Relax, be of yourself and it will be well. Good Luck and may the Lord crown your effort with success.
  11. Marieinla, try and understand the contents of your review because that is critical to your success. All the named resources are excellent especially the NCSBN depending on your "angular view". Develop a consistent study plan and do not be afraid of the NCLEX RN test. Most of us have made it, you can also make it. Anytime you step out to go to work see yourself as becoming what you have always dream about, that will give you more confidence to face any challenges ahead of you. Study, study, study and as you study think like a nurse. I wish you all the best and remember patient SAFETY first. Good LUCK!
  12. Glad you will pray before the test, that is an excellent thing to do. It gives you boldness to write the test without much fear. Remember the LORD has said "I will never leave you nor forsake you" so just be of yourself and believe that he who has promise you is FAITHFUL to his words, thus your effort will be crowned with flying colors. I wish you good Luck tomorrow, may the mighty hand of the LORD guide you throughout the test.
  13. Congratulations! I wish you well in everything you do.
