a 32 week pregnant woman worked with her diet for four weeks to gain weight and when returning to the nurse during her 36th week of pregnancy the mother had gained 7 lbs .what is the best action by nursing?>

1)councel the client on rapid weight gain

2)encourage her and tell her how well she is doing.

3)conclude your counseling ,she is respinding to your teaching
