There are many. You need to be more specific. New grad. Experienced nurse. General or specialty. Hospital LTC rehab. Area of country.

Grace, you posted a few months ago asking if anyone knew of any residency programs, for someone who was not a new grad. Are you still trying to find a program to apply to? It's probably not the most efficient way to go about it, asking randomly if anyone knows of a program you can send a resume to, you 'know?
Have you done Google searches where you live, online sites, job posting sites?
i dont understand why this is not an efficient way isnt this what this website is for to ask a question so you could get advices or opinions. i searched all over the website and havent had any luck thats why im asking if anyone know of any or went through a preceptorship program

Just apply to positions that interests you. If you are hired and need a preceptorship, the hospital will arrange one for you.
Your original post was vague and non specific that makes it inefficient. You need to be more specific
