  1. i dont understand why this is not an efficient way isnt this what this website is for to ask a question so you could get advices or opinions. i searched all over the website and havent had any luck thats why im asking if anyone know of any or went through a preceptorship program

  7. Thank you so much for your response! This really gives me hope of getting into a residency program. After researching a lot of nurse residency programs, I felt discourage because it seem like they were only looking for new grads. What hospital did you do a residency in?

I know that majority of residency programs only accept new graduates (6-12months) Does anyone know any residency program that will accept a nurse that has been out of school for 2 years and working 1 years as a school nurse?
