How hard is this class when A&P is combined into one semester? I just found out today that my school does not do two semesters and I am a bit nervous. Does this mean that they are basically giving us 7.5 weeks for AP1 and 7.5 weeks for AP2? Does anyone have any adivce for me?

or do they just mean that both anatomy and physiology are combined into one semester....? some schools have students take anatomy separately from physiology. I wonder if that is what they meant. check with your advisor if you still aren't sure.
good luck!

yes, it's all one class and I am not liking this at all! I would have to go 3 days a week. like m & w for a little over two hours each day and on thursdays for 3 hours and that's for lab. it will be an interesting semester for sure!

This last Spring I took at my college what they call an express class. The first half of the semester was A&P I and the second half was A&P II. I went everyday! It isn't easy, but anyone can handle it if you put enough time in for studying lecture and lab. Be sure you read the text. It will get really hard towards the end to make yourself do it.
Don't be nervous! It was soooo nice to get it all done so soon.

I took my first A&P class that way. It was a 6 credit hour class. It was intense and moved very quickly. My professor was great, so she made it fun. It was tough and I had to work hard, but I pulled out an A. It's definitely doable.
Was that your only class that semester?

At my school Anatomy and Physiology are combined. I don't see how you could take Anatomy without Physiology :) . We do it in 2 semesters though. Several body systems in the first semester and the rest in the subsequent semester. GL!
