Okay I have been wait listed for the nursing program at my school of choice since March 2009. I am told I will be starting nursing in either the Winter or Spring 2011 but I am extremely nervous about the course load, so I have decided to begin reading my fundamentals text (the one required by my future program), as well as brush up on my medical terminology and pathophysiology...Am i crazy for doing this?

Not at all. It's going to be difficult once you get into school. Give yourself every advantage possible to do well.

I agree I think thats a great idea. Thats why I have kept my pathophysiology and anatomy and physiology books too. You're so lucky to be starting though, I would be so nervous too!
