Praise The Lord! I passed the RN-NCLEX

Glory to be in the highest....

I took my exam on Tuesday, 05/28/13 and itsofficial I passed. My name already appears on the BON website. This was my second attempt to take the Nclex. The first time, I ran out of time and was extremely nervous. The second time, I requested prayers from some of my friends who are prayer warriors to be praying for me during my exam. Praise God, I did passed with 81 questions. Another thing I took Jesus into the testing center. I also quoted this scripture, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." :)
Now, it also required me to be studying diligently

Good Job!! I am transferring to an all-Christian university next semester. Prayer for nursing school the following semester. I am nervous, but pushing forward.

Lupe1058 Congratulations!!! I failed nclex several times and I've never really used Hurst Review so now am dedicating myself to Hurst. I have recorded Hurst lectures and downloaded the online materials from a friend. I am missing the lecture material for Neurology; I was wondering if you can email me the material for Neurology at [email protected] And also is the Hurst book the same as the online printed documents if not can the book be purchased online or does it have to come directly from Hurst?

Hello Everyone :)

Quick question for those who had to take NCLEX more then one time. When you got your score and saw that you did not pass, did you ever thought you probably didnt pass because you didnt know the content or you didnt study as much? Did you think of anything you should have done that you probably didn't the first time around. Or was NCLEX was simply that hard?

What did you do differently second time around to help you pass?

Thank you Map123. The book is the same as the online material. Since, the online video lectures are security protective against copying and prohibited by Hurst, no one can copy. Sorry

For me, the first time I took the Nclex, I was EXTREMELY NERVOUS and really feel that worked against me, I also ran out of time. I did not study Hurst; I mainly answered questions for my first exam. After my exam, one of my close friends bought me Hurst and I studied while I was taking a statisitcs class, which is the reason it took me at least two months to retake the exam. I truly believe that my second time having prayed for peace and understanding helped me get through the exam or I would have been a nervous wreck again. :wideyed:
