Practice Teas Test

I am taking the Teas tomorrow (wed) and I feel pretty good about it. I got the study guide and 2 online practice tests and have studied for a week. The English and reading comes natural to me but I had to "remember" the math and start from scratch on the science. I scored a 90% overall on the practice and from what I hear it is harder than the real thing (fingers crossed). All I need for my program is the min. scores but I am aiming much higher. If I pass, the only thing left is to meet with the director, who I have already spoken to, so it really all comes down to the TEAS....wish me luck. :yeah:

Hello Everyone! I'm taking my TEAS Feb. 16th! Thanks for all the great information. I also purchased the study guide and have definitely learned a lot over the past few weeks. The guide will brush up your skills in Science and Math. I think for me personally, I just needed to review the problems and formulas. I'm trying not to stress too much because as long as you study and relax you should be fine. I'm looking forward to just getting it over with!

I do have one question...what section do you feel like you ran out of time? The review does not tell you how much time you have for each section.

I am not going to lie though...at first, reading, ok...this is easy! Then math...cut it close on time, but still not too bad. Then Wham.....science...first few questions I was like oh s*** I am gonna fail but it got a little better. I was not expecting that and the study guide and practice tests did a crappy job of preparing me for it!!!

Anyway,

I scored high enough so I am in, start my pre-reqs next month and nursing classes Jan 2011. I am so excited. I still have to meet the Nursing Director tomorrow but thats just a formality.

I am so proud of myself...and glad that test is behind me. Good luck everyone else!!!!!!

Just call me NURSEEEEEYYYY!!!

WOW! That is a great score. Do you know if you took version V or 4? I am taking version V in a week and I just got the study guide. your post said the study guide and practice test didn't really help on the science. Can you please give me a few pointers as to what I should be studying for on the science portion? Thank you very much!!!

Hi, I failed my teas test by 1.8 points. Now I'm going to take it again in 2 days. The questions were exactly the same ones that you have posted. And I can't find the answers for them. I was wondering if you have had any help since you posted it? I was also wondering if the second teas test was the same as the first one? I would appreciate any help you can give... I also don't remember much in English section, if you have any help regarding the that subject. Thank you...

I am sure you are getting sick of this but, can you please pm me? I have the ability to pm people but for some reason yours is disabled. I'm taking the teas test again soon. Just took it today and dind't do too well. I thought I was taking version V but it's the version 4 (which I didn't study for). Thank you very much!

I am taking the TEAS tomorrow and would appreciate any help/advice/direction....especially on the science portion. I am not too worried about the English and Reading...and am reviewing the Math Section now with ATI guide...but I am very worried about the Science portion..its seems to be so random? Help! :)
