This college claims to be offering Excelsior degrees all online.

Does the CNA to LPN program for $3000 seem like a scam? Or does it seem like the online portion is the lecture and then you set up your own clinicals at a local site?

I think that a 12-year-old could probably put together a better website. Looks like another fly-by-night company that wants to copy the College Network model. I would stay far, far away.
They are not Excelsior. If you're interested in Excelsior, why go through a middleman?

Absolutely a scam. Did you see all the errors and misspellings in their site?
They offer study guides, nothing else. They are not a nursing program, and they do not award a nursing degree.

Looking at your username and post count... I hope they compensated you well for your post!
I advise you to read the website (Frequently Asked Questions) and/or call them to find out what they offer instead of saying those things. It seems as if you are making assumptions about a program you haven't really looked into.
Why do you assume I didn't read through the entire site, including FAQ? In fact, I did.
User2525 is obviously a shill for PolyHealthcare. They joined just to post to this thread.

We always advise buyer beware - investigate all "review" courses thoroughly. This is also a 2+ y/o thread.
