Long Beach City College- ADNCypress college- ADN
Denver School of Nursing- BSN
I'm doing my pre-reqs at Long Beach City college...are you enrolled there too??
I'll be applying to any schools around me...lol
Long Beach City College, ADN
Cypress College, ADN
Golden West College, ADN
Cerritos College, ADN
Maybe...Cal State Long Beach, BSN
College of the Desert,ADN
Can I just say that the first two programs I applied to: an ADN program that used the lottery system, 240 applicants, 40 spots and Sonoma State's Direct Entry Master's program, both I didn't get in to and was terribly terribly heart broken both times. But both "rejections" made me stronger and even more determined to get into a program. Good luck to you all!

Kensingon...Wow! I hope you don't have to tailor a custom goal statement to each program! Do you have a #1 choice? I thought juggling apps for 4-5 schools was killer, I feel for you

Yes, it's pretty brutal! I do have to have a custom statement to each program. I would say my number 1 is Georgetown or USD. But I wouldn't mind Duke, either!
Where is your number 1?
Applying in my city is frustrating because everyone and their mother wants to be a Registered Nurse. I am thinking of leaving New York and either going to Penn State, or Chicago. In New York however, these are the schools that I am applying to:NYU-ABSN (15 month-program)
Suny Downstate College of Nursing (ABSN)
Outside of New York
New Jersey Medical School (BSN)
If you are in New York and you know of any other school, please let me know...peace
I think SUNY Farmingdale has a BSN program....and I think Suffolk Community has an ADN program....but I could be wrong I haven't lived in NY in a while.
Peace,
Cathie
