Polk State College spring 2018 Nursing school

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hello all,

My name is Chris and I wanted to start a forum for anyone thinking about applying for the Polk state college nursing program starting in spring 2018. I am applying with a 3.45 overall GPA and a 3.5 pre-req GPA if I am adding that correctly. I plan to take my Teas in late July and I will update you all on how that goes. I look forward to hearing from everyone. Good luck! :)

That is stressful! Fingers crossed for you!

Is there a FB page for us yet?

What items in the packet should atlernates start preparing for?

Thanks! I have a feeling we will!!

Huntergbarnes, I double-checked my packet and the checklist notes that alternates should wait until acceptance to complete the requirements. I am not sure, however, if alternates should be turning in the signed letter of acceptance that is due on the 20th. I'd contact the nursing dept. to see what they say!

Hi, my name is Christopher and I am new in this post. I received my acceptance letter last Monday. Hope to see all of you on Orientation Day. ;)

Anyone signing up for CPR Course at POLK? Let me know I'll go with ya! Signing up on Monday for next class!

Any of you guys started the Castle branch requirements ???

If anyone on the alternate list gets a call, post in here so we have an idea of where they are on the list! :)

I'm working on my castle ranch account today!

Is anyone taking A&P2 or micro during their first semester of nursing school?
