Polk State College Fall 2020 Hopefuls

Hello ? I wanted to start a thread for those applying to the fall 2020 ADN nursing program at Polk State College. I know the application period isnt open until May, but I was wondering if anyone on here was planning to apply and what your points are? Best of luck to everyone!

What does everyone’s application status say under activity? I got an email saying it was processed and now it says ended. I’m sure it means nothing but of course this month long wait has me stressed ?

The waiting is killing me ? . Do you guys think we should receive notice by the 10th since the orientation date is the 17th?

The waiting is definitely the worst part for me! ? As soon as I get anything in the mail I will post it. I’m sitting at a 115.7.
it’s crazy how close the Spring application is to the Fall this year.

Is there a way we can view our calculated score or did you calculate that?

You have to calculate it yourself. If advising were open or they were willing to calculate it over email then you could also do it that way.

I'm wondering if they will push the Spring deadline back a month too. That is too close

I'm thinking a registration rep (PRN) at a local hospital.

I calculated mine but I used the GPA calculator on Polk’s website to calculate my prerequisite GPA.

I recommend you call Polk main number and request Toni Brannen. I was having problem with transcript, and she was able to take care of it.
