How does the point scale work?My college uses a percentage and put it in points when they are looking at your application but I am not totally sure how that works. Could someone fill me in.

It really depends on the school - mine has a sheet they give us and we fill it out to calculate our own points.
Man I have no clue and I havent found anything that shows me. I have had people tell me they do just not exactly.

You really need to sit down with an advisor at the school and go over all of that. I have also found that most nursing departments hold information sessions once a month or so to go over all the different criteria that is needed to get into the program. Since every school is different there is no way of telling how they calculate the points. My school calculates them by your re-req GPA, the score on your HESI test, and how many pre/co-reqs you have completed.
Well I have every single class you need except 7 of the nursing classes that you cant take unless you are in clinicals. I hope that helps me.
