Hello,

Did anyone else on here apply to PLU for BSN? Couldn't find a topic for this.

I emailed my PLU counselor yesterday about a deposit refund in case I don’t hear a decision before the May 1st refund deadline... in part of her email, she said, “The nursing program should be letting you all know at least sometime soon!” ??? the wait is killing me!

Ahhh hopefully by the end of this month we’ll all know!! Also, did your counselor say what to do about the deposit and when’s the last day to refund?

Yeah, she said to get back to her on the 28th if I hadn’t heard back to put the request for the refund in ?

Just checking in to see if anyone's heard anything yet?? My friend said she got an email on Wednesday and got admitted into the nursing program, hoping decisions are going out this week!!

Hi everyone, 

I just wanted to chime in because I applied to PLU as well, I think I submitted my application the day before the February 1st deadline. Anyhow, I received an acceptance email for the Spring cohort on April 6th. I've decided on a different program because I didn't want to wait until the Spring, but  they said we had two weeks to accept the offer. I imagine if you haven't heard back yet you will soon! I remember in one of the info zoom sessions they said they would be informing people of decisions anywhere from April 1st through June 30th. Good luck everyone!

I also still haven’t heard anything ? I applied last year and was denied (wasn’t done with my pre-reqs but figured why not) and got my rejection letter may 19th. 
I’m confused on how they organize when you get notified because a girlfriend of mine that is academically qualified (did great in school and was in the Air Force) got her denial sometime in early March.

I’ve still not heard anything ? Trying so hard not to be discouraged!! 


In one of the info sessions I attended, we were told that those who applied early would hear in March/April and those who hear in May/June are usually the ones who apply after the priority deadline and typically fill the Spring class. So I’m over here stressing. Praying for good news ??

I applied on the priority deadline February 1st both last year and this year.

I applied almost four months before the deadline so I’m not sure there’s any rhyme or reason to the timing of these notifications, at least that we’d be able to figure out. I’ve been trying to tell myself that maybe they’re holding on to mine to decide if I’m either accepted or on the waitlist? Or maybe my app is lost somewhere ?
