I just talked to my admission counselor and asked him why some people have already been admitted when many of us haven't received an email on whether we have been admitted or denied, and he said the school of nursing is sending out decisions in batches, so that's probably why a lot of us haven't heard anything yet and some people have!!

so are they not going to send out an email even if people did not get admitted??

Hey guys!! If anyone is curious or hasn't accepted their general admission yet, I just emailed the school of nursing asking what to do and they said to contact the office of admission to let them know you are accepting the offer, but will pay the deposit after hearing your acceptance to the nursing program. Hope this helps anyone!!

Just checking in to see if anyone's heard anything yet?? My friend said she got an email on Wednesday and got admitted into the nursing program, hoping decisions are going out this week!!

Ahhh hopefully by the end of this month we’ll all know!! Also, did your counselor say what to do about the deposit and when’s the last day to refund?

I'm not sure how much the deposit is for PLU. I would think students should wait to make a decision for general admission before paying the deposit, but decision day is coming up so I'm hoping Nursing decisions will be sent out before then. Fingers crossed!

For those who have already gotten accepted for general admission, have you already accepted your admission?

Been checking my inbox and spam everyday, still haven't heard anything. I submitted my application on February 1st so I'm hoping to hear hopefully before June! Also, has anyone already confirmed general admission to PLU? I know May 1st is college decision day, but I didn't want to make a decision without knowing if I've been accepted into the Nursing program.

I also applied! In February I was accepted as general admission to PLU, but in the letter it said how programs you apply for specifically such as BSN is a different admission decision. I read online you find out if you have been accepted no later than June.

Hello everyone! I also applied for the 2021-2022 Fall/Winter cohort. Does anyone know if an invitation is crucial to proceed in the application process? I have seen many people receive an invitation in their email on the 8th but I have not received anything, been checking and refreshing for the past week.
