I feel so sick! I took my NCLEX-RN today and felt like I knew nothing at all. I guessed at just about every question. I had 105 questions mostly priority, delegation, one select all that apply, medications I never had heard of before and patient teaching. I feel like nothing could have prepared me for this exam. I did so many questions on Saunders and Lippencott Cd's and did Kaplans strategy book but now I feel like it was a big waste of my time. Everyone tells me this is a normal feeling after taking the NCLEX but I feel like a such complete failure I could just cry. :scrying:

Hang in there Shanna. everyone I know (including me) felt this way after taking the test. I felt I was guessing on a lot of the questions and also had drug ?? that I had never even heard of. It's a normal (but awful) feeling. Chin up! :nuke:

pass it on when you're done...i need it too after my abject and utter failure at the nclex this morning. yrrgh! i can't believe how stupid, incompetent and uneducated i am...what was i thinking? if i weren't so macho (laugh) i'd be weeping like a baby. glad i ain't alone in the heartbreak though.
