hey..i know how u feel...i took mine two days ago and also stopped at 85.. i left Pearson all happy thinking i passed as most people do say that 85 is good number to stop at. But as the day went by, i started getting anxious and now i am not sure how i did. i didnt find the exam as tough as i was expecting it to be and now i keep thinking the computer shut off soon as i might've not been doing so well. and just like u i feel semi confident and then second guessing myself at the same time. I am in california so i have to wait 3-4 weeks for the results. Lets hope we both pass, and keep praying!! I am trying to hold onto any faith i have left in myself
hi I took the exam on December 29th and the computer shut down at 89 question. I took 3 hours to answer the questions, two days later checked the site and I passed. That was my second time taking the test, the first time I went all the way to 265 questions and I was devastated answering so much questions. This time around I learnt from my mistake and took my time to do the exam cause I know that the first 75 questions are crucial.
Happy New Year and congratulation to those who are successful and Good luck to those studying to take the exam.
Many pass by just answering the min number of questions. The exam is hard to predict and until you get your results no one knows how they did. Hang in there, welcome and good luck
Well said. I would add to not dwell on the test ( which is sooo hard ) and to keep yourself distracted as much as possible till you get your official results. Most feel they did not do well when they leave the test site but, 85% pass first time. Think positive. Good luck.

Is there anybody out there that took their NCLEX PN and passed with only answering 85q's. I just took mine today and i feel very unsure about the outcome. I feel semi confident but at the same time am really second guessing myself. Now i am really anxious about the length of time ill have to wait before i hear back. Ive heard people say that 85 is good and also have heard the opposite, please help.
