What 100 questions in total? To be honest that may not be enough, for many we recommend doing 100 questions a day.
No it is not true if you get 85 questions you automatically fail. We have had many pass with minimum number of questions. The key is in preparing and getting used to answering NCLEX style questions

Most people prepare for three weeks to three months, doing as many questions as possible each day, 100 to 200, and studying the rationales. Some people do more than 5,000 questions total. You can not over prepare.
