Please explain what is "Good Pop Up"

I keep reading these excited threads about people getting the "good pop up" and I don't know what that means!

Wow that is awesome! we didn't have anything like that - took the boards in like July, got results in September, no tricks - glad you guys can find out sooner though! (I don't mean "you" Silverdragon lol)
