I am wondering if you should drop the mention of your waitressing job, and add a section with "Other Clinical Experience," then list some of your clinical experiences that you had in school.

I am not a nurse manager, so perhaps others could weigh in on this one! I am a new grad LPN (got the license but not working as an LPN yet).

I hear that once you have a year or experience there is no need to list clinical experiences anymore. But I agree with the above poster I think you should take out your job at Hooters. The recruiter might see it as a negative.
