Pinoy nclex takers

Hi there! I'm from the Philippines and migrated here in the US short after graduation and passing the local boards. I failed my first nclex-rn exam and I'm currently reviewing to take it again soon. I wish to hear from our fellow "kababayans" who share the same experience with me. My prayers for success to all of us who are preparing for the nclex! Good luck! :):):)

since january.. i already finished the saunders book . i'm working on the cd. we do not know what comes up during the nclex exam. it is better to read and read...are you in california?

hii. Im also a filipina RN. :) IM currently studying saunders 3rd edition and gonna enroll to KAPLAN on demand next week. I just finished reading Kaplan's Strategies book and I also have LaCharity.

For those who have passed and currently studying, What are your tips co-pinoys in passing this exam? :)

i do not have any choice to read everything. lol, but of course we cannot remember everything..we will just keep on praying and studying. with consistency, we will be able to nail it. i will review with Qbank too few days before exam..

he he he he i did not work yet, i focus on my nclex . i do not want to fail again.. i deactivated my facebook. i'll be sending a private message to you with my ym add in it so we can chat sometime in yahoo.

Wow! Good luck to you and keep up the good work; me too, I'm planning on taking it this June! You can read other threads on how they became successful with their exams! Sounds like you're ready with all your preparations!

Let us take on the 28th.. many filipinos here will take the exam on that date.:)

really? that would be nice when you have someone you know go with you.

Oh wow, I wanna get the LaCharity book, is it worth it? Can I buy yours after you passed your exam? Hehe.

Yeah! The book is worth it! helps in prioritization and delgation.

Anyone here who lives in the Philippines? You can actually buy LaChairty (or all Nclex review materials, for that matter) in front of PRC, all for P 100.00 or less. Lol
