Hello! I’ve been checking this site for a while hoping someone would start a thread.. and thought why don’t I?

Is anyone else applying to Pima CC nursing program with 2/1 deadline? I’m also applying to ASU CEP program! Just waiting for my degree to post and I’ll be all set to apply! ?

How long ago did you have that position?

I worked there over the Summer but I only made it through the training. I didn’t get 100 hours. I really should have just stuck it out but it was too difficult with the things I had going on.

Oh yeah, I get it. I looked into doing that too, but it does look like a lot without a lot of pay

It was horrible. I’ve worked hard my entire life (not that I’m that old LOL) just like my parents. But being a scribe was just terrible. I’m an excellent writer and studied all the time. Some doctors were easy to work with some were horrendous. They wanted you to basically read their minds and write what they thought LOL

I called and got a message saying they are no longer going to answer their phone and that the emails for nursing applications will be sent out in March. So... I guess it could be any time this month then.

Super annoying and so frustrating.

How can they just decide not to answer their phone?!?

I don’t know but my friend knows someone who is currently in the program and she told her that it’s normal for it to take a month. They must be getting a million calls a day. I’ve only called twice though. On Friday and now today.
